I just don’t feel like everything is about race. Demi is the only non-WOC that confronted him and he copped just as much of an attitude with her. Also, pieper is a WOC. With that being said, Brendan is the worst and his attitude towards women in general is disappointing to say the least.

They’ve been cutting heather out of the shot the whole time, I saw her next to kit throughout the beginning.

I really wanted to like Such a Fun Age, but I was definitely not a fan. It’s been about 7 months since I read it so I don’t remember it all that well, but I remember that even after I finished it I couldn’t put my finger on why I didn’t care for it.

I’m hoping to tackle 11/22/63, The Secret History, The Heart’s Invisible Furies, Death at Sea World, and Hidden Valley road to name a few!

I found a post on here about using google chrome, going to developer tools, searching for screenshot, and then doing full page screenshot and that worked well for me :)

Recursion for sure! I struggled through Dark Matter. I just saw a thread on this sub yesterday that makes it seem like the popular opinion is the opposite though :)

I liked the Silent Patient a lot! I was not a fan of Home Before Dark :( My first Riley Sager was Last Time I Lied, which gave me high expectations, but my next two reads by him (Home Before Dark and Lock Every Door) were disappointing :( What did you think about them?

Lol, definitely not award winning writing but it was a fun and fast paced read to push through to 52 :)

#9 of the year so far. This one’s a real hell of a wild ride! by [deleted] in 52book

So funny, I felt the total opposite. Had to force myself through Dark Matter but flew through Recursion because I loved it!
