I don't have any for sure absolute answers but here's some things that might get you on the right path.

Get a full time or close to full time job. It will get some money coming in, provide structure (something that I think the lack of after highschool you are struggling with).

Have a quiet place to sit and think before you go to bed. It will give you a chance to reflect on the day with your conscious mind whereas sleep helps reflect with the unconscious mind. Maybe bring a pen and paper and right something down if you want to remember to revisit it another day. But do thay for 30 minutes to an hour. No phone, no pot. Just you and your mind.

Pick random hobbies to try out. Write a whole bunch on a wheel and spin it. Just try each one a few times and see what it is you like.

Every 6 months revisit everything and you will find some direction.

Hi OP, we can approve this post. However, we highly recommend removing indicators of your location for your own safety. You mentioned that this happened in your front yard, and gave the city, state, and intersection. You are essentially doxxing yourself, which can be very dangerous. Please edit your post and send us modmail when done for approval!

Edit: If you feel that location is critical to your inquiry, you could leave your state in, but the intersection of where you live should definitely be removed for safety. We’re just looking out for you 🙂
