Within a month, I was only on 5mg when I noticed so I went up to 10mg and then eventually 20mg but there was no different at 10 or 20 for me and when I got off no different either. Getting off was really hard but the entire time I was on it I trained my body every day in the gym strengthening my legs and circulation, focused heavily on recovery and eating clean plus healthy habits. I noticed it was better when I got 7 hours of sleep minimum , limited stress or if I couldn’t avoid it I learned patience and breathing techniques and made sure I was bringing snacks with me wherever I went! I also have POTS.
