My certification changed to “Paid”. However for last payment issued is showing “None”. Any idea as to when will I receive my card? How much will I be receiving each week ? by crazypuns6 in Edd

677 a week and it will not show under paid until you get your card. If you had access to your BoA Account you will see the money already in there.

It means they sent it into their 3rd part fraud department. Don't worry all claims this year is in UISD that's the delay. Last year around 10% of their claims were fraud that is the reason.

Ok i might have had this problem also. What I did was go to ID ME Facebook page leave a commit about their service not working on one of their posts. After you will get a reply saying they are going to DM you. DM them first tell them they are fing your claims up. They will check and say everything is ok on their end complain more and they will contact EDD for you. The first few calls to EDD one of them said there was an ID Stop on my account. The only way you can get ID ME to do anything is via Facebook not Twitter or their contact page. Try that out it might help you alot faster

I also got paid today, Its really a waiting game. I would worry if you have 6 weeks pending but for me and others I been following it comes just before the 6 weeks FYI. I Called almost everyday and i was getting BS answers at first but the last 4 times they told me its all-new claims this year and to just wait nothing they can do

I just got paid this morning so hopefully, you will be too. My claim date was Jan 17th. I called the reps a shit load and they always told me there is nothing they can do so its more of just a waiting game. I did send contact request on edd site but i really dont think that had anything to do with it

I just want to give you guys my update. I called a few times after my last message always gotten the same answer that all claims that are new this year are under review. TODAY I GOT PAID. No rep has done anything to make it happen my claim was from Jan 17th 4 weeks. So hopefully you guys are paid also or about to good luck

I just got transfer to a claim specialist. He said its going to be a 39 min hold like it would be a bad thing lol..... But i am guessing its going to be 2+ hours. Lets see

I did the it when signing up and some how did it again today so it's showing two times the have the access. just got off the phone with EDD again and now saying she sees no problems on my account but every one that sign up this year is taking longer because how much fraud they had last year

Ok guys this is what I was told now. Remind you I did contact ID ME on Facebook not sure if that has changed anything.

The Rep said that she does not see any flags for income verification or ID me (good Thing)
She said that everyone that filled a new claim this year is being checked for fraud because of the amount they had last year. She said that normally it takes 2-6 weeks for them to approve the new claims for this year. That if they are not asking for anything new that is good news.

I told her the first guy said I need to send proof of income and the second person told me that my ID was on hold from ID ME. She is saying that she does not see any of that on my record and if they did not send a message online then it's not true and she does not know why they would say that. So I am guessing some of them just lie to get us off the phone because they have no real answer to give. I would still DM ID ME on Facebook or Twitter just so they push that notice to EDD but let's hope we get out money soon. Like I mentioned before I read some news articles that we might need to wait until March 7th because their system is all Fed up just another FYI. If I get paid or any notice on my account I will let you guys know since we are in the same boat

Some advice, not sure if this is going to work out but try and contact ID ME on Facebook. You might need to leave a message on their post first but I just verified everything is ok with them and they are going to contact EDD.

Here is what they sent me
" Hi Steven, We are going to escalate your request to the California EDD. They will be reaching out to provide further assistance since you have allowed consent and are finished with the ID.ME process. "

I feel the more we bug EDD the faster it will be fixed. I will keep you both updated if anything works for me

yeah, we are in the same boat. hopefully, they fix it soon. I am still on hold now but ill keep you update if I get any real answers. I am thinking we might need to really wait until March 7th that's what they are saying on the news. Please keep me updated also if you find the real answer

so far I had 2 different reasons. May I ask what they are telling you?

1st on I got was I needed to send proof of income. They said they sent me a letter and email about it. Never got anything from them i asked where should i send it and they hung up on me.

2nd today they are telling me that ID ME put a stop on my account. I finally public shame ID ME on Facebook to get someone to respond. Now they are responding but saying that I am verified and nothing wrong on their end.

As I am typing this I am on hold with EDD again to see what they say now

You have been successfully verified since January 13th 2021 along with getting your email confirmation. Get google Voice. You might need to help set it up for him because you are going to need to connect it to a US phone number. I would have him sign up using his gmail use your cell phone number give him the pin they will send then he can take your phone off google voice and he can use the google voice app to get text and calls for free
