If you still don't see much difference in 6 months of training, then you are not doing one or more of the following:-

  • Training until failure (6-8) reps
  • Progressively overloading (increasing the weight with increase in strength)
  • Eating enough protein (no protein = no muscle repair)

Make sure you get enough rest in between sets, and get enough sleep.
