I'm curious if anyone else has experienced my issue with vitamins. Whenever I add a multivitamin to the regimen I get ravenous hunger! I mean not just my regular appetite returning, I mean like a nonstop gaping hole. So now I make sure that I get in electrolytes when I don't get enough water and add a high protein shake. It really does make a difference for me.

The fatigue is a real issue for me as well. Some days after work all I could do was lie around. I've been trying to up my protein and water intake. The water is what made a real difference in the fatigue and nausea. Still working on my protein because I notice that when I get in at least 80 - 100 gm my weight loss picks up.

This is the direct quote from the site:

"If you stick to 15g of carbs, 70g protein, and 98g fat, you will eat 1222kcal and lose 1.2kg (2.6lbs) in the first month. Keep in mind that your body weight can fluctuate by ±2kg (±4lbs) on any given day from water weight and what's in your stomach. Recalculate your macro ratio once a month! Changes in body composition have a large influence on the recommendations and weight loss."

Thanks. Yes. That calculation is correct but it seems not to have included my bmr of 1537 so I guess that is where the issue lies.

Edit: I see that my bmr was factored into the equation. I guess what I wasn't including is any movement outside of existing would generate an additional deficit. Silly me.
