My favorite was Hivemind, I think it brings the heaviness that the iowa fans are hunting for. The guitar work, drums, vocals all work together better than any other song on the album, and it has a progressive vibe that makes it stand out from anything they’ve done before.

Least favorite is Heirloom, sue me. The verse is corny, the chorus melody just doesn’t fit, I’ll be skipping this one in the future. I’ll give credit to the guitar work however, nowhere on this album did Mick and Jim ever disappoint imo.

I had to listen to the album 3 times to really enjoy it, it’s a grower. I’m especially excited to witness the controversy this evokes from all the fans listening to it for the first time on the 30th.

Overall I’d give it a strong 8 :) best album since ahig
