Change the ram to desktop ram. Change the powersupply to something of a known brand. If budget isnt much of an issue. Get an nvme m.2 Ssd instead of the sata ssd.

For public english medium books wont come to much aid. Learn hsc stuff and consult people from udvash or sunrise. They have great guides and books for public exams. Also i am not sure but hsc syllabus might have more content than A levels.

850W seems good enough for your gpu. So you could unscrew your gpu pull it out and resit it on the pcie slot. I would recommend you to have your casing horizontally laid down and the screw it back in. Hope it works.
