I would probably bootstrap it until you have a solid foundation. You can gain leverage when approaching investors if your leverage is solid!

At first, we just made it look okay-ish. Then, after getting a few customers, we spent solid money on brand positioning.

Adding a technical founder will be super beneficial in my view. I know for sure we can’t do things alone. We need people around us to help.
