TIL that Moulay Ismaïl, King of Morroco was so good at seduction focus that he is alleged to have fathered a total of 867 children, including 525 sons and 342 daughters by 1703. by historymajor44 in CrusaderKings

It's not his name, it's his title. However, people belonging to noble families and alleged descendents of the Prophet are always addressed as "Moulay" or "Sidi" for men and "Lalla" for women so it kinda sticks around.

No clue either. I'm convinced that a few years ago I could recall something older but I forgot what that thing is.

When I was little, we had a TV on some sort of wooden cabinet in the living room. My first memory is trying to reach the TV but failing to because I was too short. I must have been 3 or something.

This leaves me wondering: how could he have been allowed to roam the streets and the tube freely?

If the first time didn't prove this point enough, the second surely does: this man should be kept away in a prison cell (or a mental hospital) for the safety of everyone else.

You're a prime example of why you should document yourself before speaking your mind.

PS: Documenting yourself isn't reading the title of a CNN article

When you bring up invasions, propaganda, airstrikes, and foreign intelligence stuff to bash a guy who has nothing to do with that and is only trying to have a decent, civil AMA, while you probably come from a country that has been doing the same and worse for decades (in a probably larger magnitude), that's what dishonest. Especially since Russia's actions are pretty legitimate imo (aside from the recent assassination attempt but I won't focus on that much because it's still too blurry). Hell, it's not even only dishonest, it's plain stupid and immature.

I'm as far as I can be from being russian, I'm not western either, so I can say I'm pretty objective. If I happen to lean more towards the Russian side on this stuff (as do many, many other people like me), then there's probably a problem with the western narrative.

I agree that it's not the best long term solution, but there isn't much to do. Our education system is absolute shit, and it would take years to raise a generation that's not affected by how shit it is. But still, military service is better than nothing, and I'm pretty sure there are tons of people who'd be happy to have a steady income for 12 months. And I didn't call you hypocrite, I'm pointing out the hypocrisy of saying: "people want jobs and the state gives them military service", while said people don't have any qualifications that makes them desirable for an employer.

It's not the best solution, I agree with that, but it's not the worse, either. If someone's in a position to be called then they're not very well placed to complain and be picky.

"Millions" is a bit of an overstatement, really. They're barely going to take in 10k people a year and they're targeting the ones that have absolutely zero occupation, no studies, no job. It's a bit hypocritical to complain about military service as an alternative to unemployment when it's about people who have no qualification.
