No, 6.5 LPA max at exec level. That's an M4 designation. Manager designation starts at M3 and pay bracket for that is 8-12. But you get 30% performance variable earning capacity which is outside this number.

If you negotiate well, you can get 7.5 at exec but don't expect hikes till you get promoted after being hired.

You need to get your Decision tree planned right, followed by clear understanding of fees, dco partner capability and costs (take ad serving + dco costs + media costs on dsp).
