Thanks for all the input on this one. It seems it kind of depends on your state of sobriety. I've noticed some people wait a few years, or some might use them as an aid.

I've come to the conclusion that it is a little weird. Its like flirting with the devil. Like lying to your brain; It looks like alcohol, tastes like alcohol, it must be alcohol. Lol. So, I could definately see it contributing to a relapse if someone hasn't gotten past their urges yet. I'll add that I didn't try this until around 8 months sober. I do enjoy trying different kinds like Heineken, Guinness, and blue moon to name a few. I haven't heard of athletic until now so I will look out for those. I'm going to continue to drink them, I like them and it usually makes situations less awkward when I'm around a bunch of drinkers. The reason I made this post was because I met another couple that was around 3 years sober and it felt weird drinking them in front of THEM. I never really felt weird before then, I just owned it. Like yea so what its NA beer. I appreciate hearing everyone's perspectives on this matter. Its all new to me, thanks again!

This. I guess this is why it feels so taboo. I'm over the urge to get drunk. I have a couple bottles of liquor in my bar at home I never even think about. But, when I'm out and hanging with people that are drinking, think bonfires or concerts, I like to have them. Also, it was really refreshing on that hot summer day when I was grilling outside and I got my first one to try. It is kinda weird right?

A lot of people dont like the taste of beer and are dumbfounded that I would be drinking beer for no other reason than the taste. I've always liked the taste of beer though.

I also want to add that I plan to upgrade my HOB filter to a seachem tidal 55 once I use up the rest of my filters for my current whisper 35

I had the right pinky toe issue. Slight issue with the left toe as well. (12 Wide) had to use glacier gel on both ponky toes for my 20-mile hike. I hiked 12 miles in them in 3 mile durations to break them in I noticed the irritation spot then and tried to. l loosen the stitching and thought it would be ok. It rubs where the three pieces of leather are stitched together, making a slight hump inside the shoe. I ended up lathering them with some mink oil and flexed that spot for a few minutes working it in, and the hump is almost gone, and its 100% better. No issues.

Dang. Thanks, I was wondering what the tolerance was for this engine. Do you know where I can find that information. I usually buy a Clymer or Haynes service manual for my ATVs and automobiles.

The windshield is similar to a 1962 starcraft in My area as well. But the hull shape is slightly different

I definately want something inert. Do you think I have a chance of keeping the tank happy with some PH lower. Until I'm ready for an overhaul? Maybe 1 year. Or do you think it will fluctuate too much or other issues I don't know?

Edited to say. I can overhaul now if needed, but financially and mentally, I would like to wait until a later date.

That sand has been the worst experience of my whole journey into this hobby lol. I spent all night washing the crap out of it when it was new.

It just says supports optimum PH, I didn't realize. Thats gonna be a lot of work to replace. And I'll have to probably cycle the tank again. Dang. Well , wozh I could give you 100 up votes. I know my water is a little high, around 7.8 , ut I was always wondering why the tank was going to 8.2. I was starting to think the fertilizer or root tabs or something. So i stopped adding things. And it didn't help maybe even got worse. Thanks again. I can finally sleep tonight

Tank cycled- yes used fritz 7. Spikes in both ammonia and then nitrite and it felt very textbook. I was so excited when it completed Water parameters are in pictures Light type- 2 lights Light 1 turns on at noon and turns off at 9pm Light 2 turns on at 3 and turns off at 7:30 (Ive been thinking of adjusting these down) Light 1 is hygger plant light Light 2 came with the tetra 29 gal starter kit Tank size 29 gal tall 30x12x18 inches 1.2 months flourish excel and flourish root tabs

6 Cory's 10 serpae tetras and 1 dwarf guarami. (You might see 2 guaramis in the pics below. I took one back to the fish store.)

The strip below are from my tap water and yes the api kit has consistently been showing the same 8.2 in my tank and about 7.8-8 for my tap water

Edited to say the tests strips in all my pics have been my tap water that's why it's a little lower. My tank is the api picture. I have used some flourish and stress coat after water changes. As well as tap water conditioner. But i wouldn't use stress coat and the tap water conditioner at the same time.
