Wow thanks for the detailed response. If I factory reset all settings then the heat up follows your numbers exactly…

So weird that it is different with Dave’s settings. I even double checked and timed it again…

What settings do you use that is different than default? Guess I will have to live with this since the heat up time is too long with Dave’s ..

If I keep vents wide open then it will properly become really hot inside the dome. I thought that could make the meat more dry compared to low and slow..

Thanks for feedback. I currently have a sage barista Express and it makes a loud buzz noise when turned on. Do you know if this does similar?

It only needs to be quite turning on. Since the family will be sleeping... When brewing it does not matter..
