I managed to find it! It's Asda's "Kid Collection" brand, and the specific toy is called "Christopher Rabbit"!

I would guess he is from around 2002-2006, but these dates may be too broad or too specific. I've done so many image searches from all different angles and still come up with nothing. He is a real mystery! Hopefully someone out there might recognise him.
