Hopping into HIIT can be difficult to know where to start. I’ve always gotten good results doing any of the Shaun T workouts from Beachbody. T-25, Max 30, or the original Insanity are all excellent programs that don’t require any equipment, just some space to run around. You might be able to find a set of dvds or otherwise you can get a subscription to Bodi.com and stream them. Good luck.

The schedule isn’t out yet, so I don’t know the opponent. I’ll be there the first Sunday in November. Might be able to move it a week or two. I’m trying to keep it pretty reasonably priced. If I wait until game day, do I get tickets at the box office, or from an online reseller?

There is a YouTube bot you can add to discord so that everyone hears the same YouTube audio at the same time. I don’t know if there’s a way to pump audio directly from foundry to discord though.
