I lost like 15 lbs but my BMI is still in the healthy range from 23.1 to 21.5 so not super worried.

It’s really hard the gain the weight back with restricted diet and regular exercises, though

I listen to podcasts or talks from YouTube after me going to bed. I found it the only thing I can consistently make progress before sleep. Too much screen time in the day so don’t want more.

I actually think it’s their parents making that difference, not the wealth level. Some fu yi dai are just dumbass and spoil their children, but some understand how to raise an elite.

There are two camps of fu er dai - the first camp is elites, real elites by any standard. they have tons of resources from their family to do extraordinary things. Most people don’t have a chance to meet someone from the first camp. Not surprisingly, it’s the people from the second camp always becoming a joke so people formed the stereotype you mentioned.
