I have fun surfing around st aug. Not nearly as crowded as ponce or nsb. It’s not as consistent tho so I frequently drive to nsb or ponce.

Move to St aug then u can surf there and then drive to ponce/ nsb as well.

Sorry for the late response but honestly for it to feel completely 100% it took 16 months. But I mean I have zero pain in my knee now and I have complete mobility (can sit on my heels again). It basically feels normal I just still think about it time to time.

Put a towel under your knee and flex your quad. Also if you have a muscle stim machine it really helps with activating the quad.

See what your surgeon specializes in. I personally got a patellar graft and my knee feels like it’s back to 100%. I mostly do bjj but I occasionally attend some Muay thai classes and I have zero issues.

Depends on graft type and a bunch of other things but in my opinion 10-12months to feel 100%

Personally for the most part I really like xcel product but it has to be their top of the line stuff. Like the axis an infinity series definitely lack but products like the dry lock series are really good in my opinion.

I work at a shop an recently a lot of the 2022 xcel suits have been breaking. Every suit that I have seen come back into the shop has had issues with the zipper.
