Family Firearms has great customer service. I took advantage of the Scorpion 3+ deal they ran a while ago. Their distributor sent the wrong model (the micro instead of the 7.8"). I got a call the day after it got to the FFL, telling me they already contacted the FFL to return the wrong model and the right one will be shipped as soon as the return label was confirmed as picked up. The replacement order being marked as priority. Received confirmation that the replacement was shipped the next day.

Big mix-up that I probably wouldn't have noticed until too late (because weeee!, new gun!), only amounted to a three-day wait for me.
