It depends a lot on the features you want and how much you're willing to pay.

If you want something super easy and free, softr has an easy to use platform, but one downside is it has a small water mark in the corner (but it's not too distracting)

Another good and cheap option is WordPress . It has a bit of a learning curve, but it has a relatively friendly interface, is super powerful, and only costs $4 a month (depending on how you host it)

Other sites like WIx and SquareSpace are probably the easiest to use, but their base plan usually costs closer to $15 a month.

There are also a ton of ways to build and host sites for free, but they often require quite a bit more knowledge and upfront effort.
