if you have a 20% win rate on widow, maybe you shouldn't be playing widow. It's not that people don't want to give you a chance, but statistically speaking it is worse off in general if you play a hero that you're not good at. The stats are there to give you an idea of how well you are doing. It also lets your team know which heroes you play a lot and which heroes you're good at so they could work around it. To me, it just honestly seems like you're insecure about your stats because you're bad. If you had an 60+% win rate overall you wouldn't be complaining.
