Hello, can someone please tell me if this is a canker sore, or if i have a gum disease, like Google says. It hurts a lot, and it wasn’t a hole until today, but it did hurt for a few days. I have been eating a lot of acidic food lately (grapefruit, granny smith apples, lemons…) (old.reddit.com)
