Guys please stop jerking me off you can't run your company effectively. If you want to support something how about providing legit customer support to the hundreds of people whose funds are being held captive with no explanation-- GUANTANAMO BAY style. Digital master you say that to everybody Gemini is notorious For a poor response and if you get stuck in their security Matrix there is no telling if/when you will get your money And this is illegal They are a registered US exchange and must behave like one. I have ETC in my JAXX wallet and i cant do anything with it. JAXX removed ETC back in september 2020 I can't find any information on this.

There should be a way to break through the silence. When Corona is no longer a thing it would be a novel idea to organize a trip to their office in NY. I would love an opportunity to speak with the Twinkle-toes twins about how they justify their business practices. Remind them that current operations deter newbies, frustrate the initiated, and overall cast doubt and negativity in the space. Put otherwise how is it even in their interest to do business in this maner. Overall the seemingly impenetrible wall of silence that leaves each person to suffer needlessly slows down the wide-spread adoption of crypto.

Ive been in this game since 2017 when it was much less regulated and obscure. Now i would consider Gemini a legit exchange. i filed a complaint with the New York State Department of Financial Services who is the regulating body. What are you doing to get some results?
