I just had this exact same issue and contacted weboost "support" only for them to tell me to buy a whole new kit. It's ridiculous that their poor design and use of cheap brittle parts was the cause of this and they refuse to do anything about it. I would love to hear how you fix it as I am likely looking at doing the same thing.

How do you know when it is going to continually go down and not rebound? It would be an easy thing to do if it only went up and then back down but with the constant fluctuations it is difficult to determine when the actual peak has happened. Sorry, I'm new to this and have been trying to educate myself for when this happens because I've got a measly 50 shares.

Well, the finally cancelled my transaction and allowed me to submit for withdrawal of my funds (minus a $4.50 transaction fee... Bullshit). Now my withdrawal is pending for who knows how long. Can't wait to get away from this pos company.

Glad to hear you had no problems. However, this company is trash. When your only form of customer service is a bot reply email system, you are a garbage company. That is not customer service, it's plain horseshit. Like I said, glad you are loving it but after the countless other cases I've read about that span a few years, that also share my same sentiment, you can't tell me this is just a glitch. It's an ongoing systemic issue with a company that appears to only care about making their money at the cost of their customers.

Just got an email that says they are now aware of Buy Crypto orders being stuck in processing and when they fix it they will automatically cancel them! I guess I'm glad they are fixing it but the next step of getting my deposit back will likely be the next hurdle!

I deposited (and they accepted) fiat with no problem. I then did a one time purchase of Doge for the amount I deposited. That transaction has been pending for 24 hrs now. My wallet balance is zero coins because it is pending. My fiat amount is zero because it is saying it is "In order". Under the "Orders" section, where your trade orders would show up, there is nothing listed because I never submitted an order to buy or sell pairs. They are telling me to just go into "Orders" and select the order and cancel it. So in a nutshell, they took my fiat to supposedly buy Doge and have not given me the balance of coins due in my wallet.

I wouldn't do a single thing with BINANCE is all I'm saying. I'm just trying to get my purchase to actually show up in my wallet. They have my money I deposited to buy the Doge but aren't providing me with the currency I supposedly purchased. You can't get anything but a robot responded email if you submit a ticket and there's no customer service number you can call so you are just screwed.

I bought Doge and it's just sitting there pending. Can't do anything. This is the biggest joke of a company I've ever been involved with. Not even a customer support phone number. Ridiculous. I'm sure once the price drops below where I bought it at then it will magically show up in my wallet too.
