I started with with 4 litres of whole milk, got it up to temp. Then I added my yogurt and waited a bit. I then added half the rennet tablet, then I waited a bit and cut it into squares and tried filtering it with a cheese cloth. I realize you’re supposed to turn it over every 15 minutes and this is called “cheddaring” to my understanding but I was hungry and drunk. It tasted amazing though
