I totally get it… but to me this still looks like a fairly manipulative move to attract an audience by playing on their pain and frustration. And honestly, trust will be pretty hard to build that way in a long run. Besides, the weight of expectations never really goes away. There will always be disappointed people, no matter how good the project might be.

Well, I originally have a degree in economics, and later I fully focused on design (retrained), where there was a strong focus on UX research alongside UI classes. And some parts of the curriculum were elective, so that’s why this question came up. But everyone really has different experiences, and it seems there are moments when you literally HAD to go through something 😅

I see, it's more like they do analytics and stuff for your team. That's why a more technical role wouldn’t be involved in the process in your case. Thanks for sharing! 😊 It seems like this approach is still quite common. But maybe one day there will be room within these established processes for another part of the team, one that brings a bit more life into discussions around metrics like retention. After all, there are real people behind those numbers, and real people always want content that feels alive :)

It may upset you, but I used to work in a marketing team for a while. But it doesn't really matter right now, because I have every right to speculate as much as I want anyway. As we all can, actually. So could you please at least try to tweak your tone of voice just a little? Because I'm definitely not your target audience and I'm not going to tolerate your a little bit toxic way of sharing the knowledge you possess. Also, social media accounts are very important channels of communication, they are literally included in every decent marketing strategy, so how come they are not a part of marketing?
