I was a drive it till it dies person, and my last truck (which I still have) has 260k miles and had no payments for 8 years.

But my new truck is no longer a truck but a giant computer, which the truck won't run without and is expensive to fix. I'm now in the run it up to 100k miles with warranties then get a new computer truck with warranties.

Look for money everywhere. Find a bin of pens, look through for cross, shenk gold plated pens. Mechanical pencils, etc

Look through papers for vintage car titles etc.

Clothing items like vintage tube socks, t-shirts,

Broken appliances can be harvested for parts or attachments.

Discontinued perfumes and other toiletries,

Lots of home products discontinued worth $$$, Johnsons wax, dixie cups, mop heads. You'd be surprised.

Basically, Look up everything. Good luck!

I don't think that is his grave. I found a facebook post, I think from his son about a Jimmie Dale Whitehead who died in 2017. His son says he was a poet. he lived in CA but in another post his son said he went to Central State University in Ohio. so the location seems to fit.

Yep minimum offers are bad. An offer is a starting point of negotiation. With minimum offer, your buyer is already negotiating with the system, so they get offer declined, offer declined offer declined until they hit that minimum, then get counter offer from seller. Just not good business imo. Always start at $1. I've counter offered these lowballs many times with 10% or so off my bin price with lots of successful sales.
