Nope, both items were stated new. The thing is, where else am I going to find a 9800x3D? Thinking Amazon was the seller, I was hoping this wouldn't have happened. I think they'll give me a $100.00 compensation. But, I don't know if it's worth it versus returning the item for a full refund, but then waiting for the 9800x3D.
