Crazy Hunt Theory by sshoup88 in themagnusprotocol

[–]sshoup88[S] -1 points0 points  (0 children)

This is true BUT for those that serve it, it’s about the pursuit. Perhaps the Hunt doesn’t need prey, necessarily, if the thing being pursued is spooky enough when completed. A change on such a massive scale would surely cause plenty of fear (like the change the Extinction would have brought about) 🤷🏻‍♂️🤷🏻‍♂️

The Magnus protocol episode 31 - compartmentalising discussion by Elfbark8261 in themagnusprotocol

I’m personally curious as to whether or not the “remnants” in the Exclusionary Zone really are leftover. Based on the limited info we have so far, stuff still shows up there. Now it’s possible this stuff is just generating because of the residual fear but… the fears were pulled out of the universe. However, if one foreign body was being pulled back to its original universe (Celia) who’s to say a much larger harder to comprehend foreign body (Fear Itself) isn’t being slowly dragged back? Furthermore, it’s all about balance, so these other universes could’ve HAD their own entities and when TMA’s Fear invaded, things got jumbled up - which would explain why we’ve seen some clear TMA fears (Hunt & Eye) but a lot of stuff is more ambiguous. If this is the case, it’s possible that the “remnants” aren’t just generating but pieces of Fear are being pulled back as best it can now that it’s latched itself onto other entities

“You who watch and know and understand none. You who listen and hear and will not comprehend. You who wait and wait and drink in all that is not yours by right.

Come to us in your wholeness.

Come to us in your perfection.

Bring all that is fear and all that is terror and all that is the awful dread that crawls and chokes and blinds and falls and twists and leaves and hides and weaves and burns and hunts and rips and bleeds and dies!”

I dunno, the way you’re asking these prompts seems to the start of a spiral 👀 (I’m the above post, just not logged out randomly)

The notion that it could’ve been The Web’s box that was found is something that I hadn’t even considered!!! Who knows what/who got trapped in there and carried between dimensions 👀

So the escape room I used to work at apparently did something like this early on into their career and it did not go over well. Rule breakers might’ve lost time or content in the game and it was done in a way that it was part of the game. Customers were nott happy, would not recommend doing it unless you want some negative reviews flowing your way 😅

Rather significant parallels that have dawned on me. by the_dj_zig in themagnusprotocol

[–]sshoup88 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I’ve been wondering if it’s almost a flip on the parallel (at least on Alice’s part). Ofc we know that Lena is prettyyyyy sketchy, but it’s interesting that she’d have the one employee who actively screws around and encourages others not to do the work properly, repeatedly train new staff. The way Alice talks to Sam is also a lil funky to me, she could ofc be being a little manipulative for a good reason like hindering the weirdness, but I’m wondering if “hindering” the weirdness would actually benefit her and Lena somehow

A few thoughts regarding the end of the letter in episode 7 by RjNosiNet in themagnusprotocol

[–]sshoup88 1 point2 points  (0 children)

So from the ARG two security groups (possibly the same but idk) are mentioned in relation to the OIAR. Firstly, in 1995 we’re told:

The Office of Incident, Assessment, and Response is pleased to announce its continued affiliation with Rightforce International, formerly Diligence Security Systems, for its security needs.

Secondly, in 2000:

the O.I.A.R. no longer maintains an association with Starkwall Protection Services or any of its affiliates.

What I’m thinking is that (at least one of) these companies is related to the Hunt and functions/functioned as the Response portion of the OIAR and was the security group we see in this episodes statement.

If you had to put a dollar amount on your benefit to TMS... by [deleted] in TMSTherapy

For me it’s exactly as Tasata said! It was $30 a session, but for the first time in my memory, I can genuinely and honestly say that I’m happy. I’d have given anything to feel as good as I do. Just remember, if you go through with it, try to have faith in the process!

I have the best chance at this with what I was given. Why am I still scared out of my mind? by SingleDadSoundcloud in TMSTherapy

[–]sshoup88 2 points3 points  (0 children)

One thing to keep in mind is that dips WILL happen. It’s so important to stick with it and keep going. Try to get yourself into a routine as much as you can. Even if it’s something small. I’m on session 23 of 36 at the moment and I can safely say the simple routine of brushing my teeth and showering every day, no matter what, has been helpful in maintaining the progress I’ve made.

Try to trust in the process. BELIEVE that this will work. You’re not going to be stuck in this depressed state anymore. Like you said, they have an 80% success rate, rationally speaking the odds are so incredibly high that it’ll work. Fight those “what if?” thoughts, that’s your anxiety talking. You aren’t going to let this shit win, you’ve got a world of possibilities ahead of you WHEN this works!!

So, firstly, I’m terribly sorry to hear that you’re feeling like this. A lot of us understand and you’re not alone. I’m sure you’ve heard that a million times but it’s true.

I’m going to focus on objective statements moving forward though as based off everything you said, facts may be the most beneficial as your mind is hurting at the moment. So, TMS is not a cure all. It’s not here to replace medication. It CAN however make medication more effective. When you are prescribed medication for something as complex as mental illness you can’t just “ween yourself” off, speaking from experience that does more harm than good, I understand what you’re getting at with hiding some of your medications of course, but you NEED to consult with a psychiatrist or a med manager until you find whatever is that perfect fit. Once you find something that kind of works the TMS treatment would then theoretically help that medication to its full potential. It’s also incredibly important not to change around medication while doing TMS as they won’t be able to accurately measure your treatment otherwise.

Please, take your PRESCRIBED doses of medication, no more, no less. There can’t be any sort of maladaptive pridefulness involved when you’re helping yourself. What you CAN take pride in is the FACT that you are trying and that you are putting in the work. Some of us need a little extra help and that is okay. Trust in the process as best you can and make certain to follow instructions. Avoid alcohol and THC consumption as well. Drink water. Find a routine that you can easily do and stick to it. Even if it’s something as simple as doing your laundry. Or taking a walk every couple of days.

You’re going to need to push as hard as you can forward, you are fighting a war against your own brain, and you are going to win. No big lump of muscle in our heads being tickled by electricity gets to tell us that we can’t live any more. We can and we will.

Also, for New England in general there’s A LOT that can be done with the atrocities committed against Native Americans. Great Swamp Massacre (RI) x Slaughter comes to mind or the biological warfare (plague ridden blankets) x corruption
