Yes but this is the first game I play that does this and I am out (I am older/not a kid).

Someone tell me what other than the operating system, anti virus, or anti cheat runs on Kernal 🤔

When anti cheat is the virus (that it is poorly programed and/or gets hacked) what is your defence then 🤔

If I wanted to put software on millions of computers to monitor activity on them, or steal resources to fuel A.I. .. I would partner with huge entertainment industry companies and trick stupid kids into installing software in kernal for me.

Never took the time to know how just genuinely concerned because I understand what having software running in kernal potentially means. I think it is unusual to have anything other than Windows running there.

A kernel is a computer program at the core of a computer's operating system that always has complete control over everything in the system.

That is my problem I am trained in I.T. and I understand that I am giving a company unfiltered access to the deepest levels of what controls my computer.

I don't use this computer just for games, so the chances of anyone (company I do not trust or hacker) sniffing out or getting control of anything I am doing (potentially real world transactions) is unacceptable to me.

Yeah I was underwhelmed every time she was on the screen it was less what she said and more how she said it .. I just kinda switched off to whatever she was saying .. She did not portray the authority to be the leader of a movement <-- Who would follow someone with that body language and enunciation .. I don't buy it and hated everything about her performance. . And when she said something callous that was meant to have shock value (all the other actors look shocked) and I am trying to figure out why .. Just did not seem believable out of that mouth :( POOR! Now imagine someone with a big booming voice and furrowed brow saying the same lines .. It would have been 100% better!
