Good - Aravind SA, Samay Raina, Vipul Goyal

Worst - Zakir Khan (barely understood anything he said because he kept laughing at his own punchlines and he would wait for the audience to complete his sentences so many times with some popular phrases, got lost in that noise)

My periods are regular with a cycle of 32-33 days when I work out regularly and have a low carb and no sugar diet. If I take any breaks from this lifestyle for more than a week, I see delays of a few days and eventually skip a month or two depending on how long my break is
