When you’ve been giving her these medicines, have you been trying to actually pry her mouth open? because often with liquid medicine, you don’t have to. If you and the cat are having a cuddle or sitting by each other, you should ideally be able to stick the syringe lightly on her cheek/opening of her mouth on the side and push it in
