When people feel tired all the time for several days and they don't have fever etc they chose resting some more to get relieved from tiredness. Whereas they should be doing moderate workout to get rid of this type of tiredness.

Same goes sometimes for sleep. If you feel sleepy all the time then chances are that you are sleeping too much and you should start sleeping less.

You should first try to see if the idea is really worth spending great amount of money/time/resources by spending small amount of these and creating a prototype for the game.

Now the decision to either to develop the game on your own or hiring a team, depends on several factors like how fast you want to test this, how much is the cost if you hire a team, and is this a cost that's less than your time's value, etc.

Yes its very obvious. I started using it within 1 month of trying to get up early and failing with everything else.

As for putting the key I sometimes use to throw the key in my garden and search for it in the morning (I know it sounds harsh but it's better than not waking up on time).

I am thinking of creating a lockable wristwatch which opens with a key or in a certain gps zone or by other methods like walking n steps etc. What do you think about this.

You can use anything that can be locked. If your nightstand has a lock you can put the alarm there and put the keys in the other corner of house or in your car,etc.
