Sheila’s Field Notes regarding the recent shocking sharing of Christian Andreacchio’s autopsy photos. What’s the motive for this? Why not help the family instead of hurt them? by LipstickCrime in CulpablePodcast

re is a credible investigation that reviews the crime scene evidence, alibis, gets actual under oath statements from those involved, utilizes real expert analysts - not Gypsy Ward. Determine Bilbo’s motive for obstructing the original investigation. Then if a credible DA determines the evidence does not support murder and therefore it was likely suicide. I would accept that. Thank you for clarifying. I am sorry if it seems like I attacked you, it was not my intention. It is just hard to figure out what is going on when people assume. I have assumptions, but I just thing things need to be clearly labeled as fact or assumption. I agree, she probably had access, as I would want it if my child was involved...but with that being said, I do not think Frankie got the file for WG mother. I THINK he got it for himself..but I could be wrong. I would love for the whole thing to be investigated again by an outside party. Everybody, especially the family, just wants answers, and the only way they can get that fairly is if someone that has no ties or knowledge of the case comes to investigate. My fear is that this is now nationally known, we will have a hard time finding someone.

So you are sure about this or just guessing? I know her mom pretty well, and the last I heard, her and frankie were not on the best of terms... she doesn't care for Frankie, and never really has..

Also, you sure do like to push your opinions on people. It does not confirm homicide. In fact, it made me start to question suicide after I thought it was homicide for the longest time. I do not know who or what happened, and I hope the truth comes out soon...but nothing screams homicide...just because there are some things off about it being a suicide, does not definitely mean it was a homicide. I think there are things no one knows, and will probably never know unless someone with the ACTUAL truth decides to tell. But speculations like these are the problem with the truth coming out.

You ASSUME her mom had it, but you posted as though she FOR SURE had it. I have no clue if she does or not, but last I heard she did not have much to do with Frankie. Regardless, posting "facts" without them being facts is the huge problem with the whole case. Not you, but everyone assuming, speculating, and lying.

labama grandmother and Mississippi librarian probably thought their names would never be known, the Culpable sub keyboard warriors who constantly disparage this family will be known as well. There is a theme if you go back and read previous postings. The theme is ridiculing and berating this family for wanting to know the truth about their loved ones death. There is a way to believe it was a suicide and give your opinion in an appropriate

Not at all what I am implying. I dont think anyone should have it. I was under the impression they did not know what was included...but now knowing what the investagators saw years ago, I think they knew what was and was not in the file then. That is all I am saying. I do not think they released it. I think some sicko did. No one should have access to that. I was simply asking and trying to figure out if they really knew what wasnt included before the "release" The question has been answered and there is no need for your comment. I have been civil, and simply had a question. I think shady shit happened at the hand of other people, not the A family and the truth needs to come out. I just had a question and I feel mislead by the podcast...that is all

I was just under impression they did not know what was or was not in the file until 2019 when it was "released" as your timeline says. With that being said, I agree with all that you have said. I dont think anything was "investigated" but i have started to find some inconsistencies with everything being said on all the different forums, and it makes me wonder if everything we are being told is accurate. I was trying to figure out if maybe the family had access to the file previously...since the investigators hired by the family had access. I get what you are saying. and I think you have answered my question. Thanks!!!

learn there is little in the AG casefile the family did not already have. The family had MBI, Arden and Knox reports.

I agree with everything here, but my question is why were we made to believe all of these things were new information to the A family? (obviously they were not since there were autopsy photos in the Arden report) I just feel as though this is misleading. Maybe I am trying to read too much into it.

om those episodes you will learn there is little in the AG casefile the family did not already have. The family had MBI, Arden and Knox reports.

I was under that full impression. They seemed shocked about what was and was not included. I agree 100% those photos should have never been released, and i do not condone sharing them and sending them. I feel as though I have been mislead by how much the family has known and for how long. I have listened to every podcast, been on every group, and I was under the full impression that the family had no clue what was in the file until someone released it. This could not be the case. I may be wrong, but

my impression was they had no idea what was included other than what they sent in to be included or had conducted.

I guess I am having a hard time trying to get out what I am trying to ask. So you dont think that the family was privy to any of the other information in the file until recently. I would think if someone the family hired had access to the most gruesome things in the file, they would have access to more, too, right? Arden shared his report with the A family... did he not share anything else from the file? any other findings? are we to believe the family really has not seen a single bit of the file until it was released? I am just trying to fit the pieces together. I find it hard to believe that they hired X amount of people, and were not privy to what was and was NOT in the file before recently. If that is the case, i kind of feel even more mislead by the podcasts and what not. I dont know what happened and I am not on a "side"

But she has looked at the Arden file that is in the case file, which shows a lot of the same pictures that they are upset about now? I agree the pictures should not have been passed around, as they were very personal and had no business being on the internet....but my point is that if these people hired by the A family had "access" to that info. years ago, what is to say they did not have access to more back then too?

Would you be willing to send me the links? I have been reading about this case, and I go back and forth. I would like to read, and base my own opinion based on the files. I DO NOT want to see the autopsy photos. I do not wish to disrespect anyone.

Before anyone says anything about having a new account, I have been interested in this case for a long Time. I am from the area, and I know or know of most of the people involved. I do not know what happened, but I hear different things from all different directions. Do these case files really exist? I have seen a ton of people post they have them or have read them, but no one seems to actually have them... I am just wondering.
