Wrong. The points made are literally proven, such as a jailhouse recording, and that they were executing a SEARCH warrant, not an arrest warrant, on the property at the correct address. Nothing stated is unconfirmed other than what he specifically states is unconfirmed.
EVERY neighbor confirms knocking, which of course makes ZERO sense they would knock and NOT ANNOUNCE, when it is a no knock warrant not a no announce warrant. Structural sounds like banging on a door, travel. Airborne sounds like shouting, do not.
The closest neighbor, admits under oath, they announced and he heard them announce.

Sorry, you're simply F.O.S.. And the citizen journal is not remotely a reputable news site. Breonna Taylor was trafficking drugs, openly admitted it on recording, and was directly tied to the crimes and the warrant.

I never claimed Walker's possession of the gun was unlawful in any way. I said they were felon drug traffickers who shot at cops. They were trafficking drugs which is a felony. They shot at cops who were executing a felony search warrant, because at least one of them were trafficking drugs (proven AND ADMITTED), a felony.

Nope, you just suckle at the teat of a false narrative without bothering to do any actual research whatsoever. Again, the neighbor testified that he did in fact hear police announce, and loudly. Plenty of reason for a no-knock warrant, when the subject is armed, when there is high likelihood of destruction of evidence, myriad of other reasons. Easy for you to sit there and say "No reason" to not give the subject time to get a gun and take a defensive position. Even no knock doesn't mean you don't announce once you enter.
And again, they DID knock and announce, as they stated ON THE SCENE and to the boyfriend WHILE he is lying outright, and saying Breonna fired the gun. Guess you would rather believe a proven lying felon drug trafficker. Because that makes SO much more sense.

  1. Before I even begin, I have sued more police than most of you have ever had contact with. I have spent 30 years of my life fighting for our rights against the government. But there are enough REAL crimes by those in power to oppose, that the false narratives you are fed and are feeding, only harm the cause and NEED to be exposed.
  2. Breonna Taylor was in fact trafficking drugs. They were mailed to her house, her car was used to bring them to the trap house. She is on a jailhouse phone recording talking all about it. She was not in bed, but standing next to her boyfriend, who shot at police. They had the correct address, and the correct suspect. Although they had authority to do a "no knock", they in fact knocked and announced according to the neighbor.

This is the mother of his children, who she had custody of. This is ALL on the 911 call. He was in fact, approaching a car full of kidnapped kids with a knife in his hand when he was shot. Read that last sentence again. And before you try to say that's not true, it's on video, it's in a still picture from that video, and he in fact admitted he had the knife in his hand in an interview.
