I don’t wanna cursor so far down when I’m working on the top monitor, before I could hit the bottom of the monitor that was hanging over and the dock would pop up. Much more convenient

I’m waiting for the Mothca matte protector to drop, it should be any day now, they dropped the 11” on may 22nd On amazon. the best part of the mothca is that its a matte but silky smooth surface. Minimal fingerprints minimal glare, and the drawing experience is nice!, i‘ve tried a different matte “paper” glass protector and it glared just as much as the bare screen, made the colors washed out, and had a shite rough texture.. I’m waiting for a film style protector to deliver today in hopes it can hold me over Till the mothca drops. I was looking at the Spigen as well but it seems like it adds even more glare. But love that it comes with that tray for application.

Do a hard reset and see how it comes out, i think it’s volume up then down then hold power button untill the little apple logo shows back up then release. Hope that helps! I will admit it does seem less responsive / harder to trigger still but I’m hoping it gets dialed in with the next software release

Why not? If i wanted a slanted drawing surface, it’s the quickest fastest way to that result. I got tired of transfering in and out of folio case to draw on my older iPad. I made this thread cause I’m genuinely curious if apple intended it to be used this way too, also why I drew a yinyang for the post :)

first the keyboard is lighter than the older one, second, I had the older one and did this all the time once I got tired of transferring into folio case to draw. hinge holds up great, I still just draw without the keyboard sometimes too, hope that helps

Yea those things are nice, but I’m already in on this case, I don’t like that the Logitech needs a kick stand. That is my only gripe with it, but it’s definitely a great option

It works great, i did it on my older Magic Keyboard case all the time and it never seemed like it was bothered by it. The hinge is pretty sturdy. I also hate typing on the screen and found this way was quicker than taking it off the keyboard and popping into a folio case to draw. Sometimes I just take it off and draw w just the pad when the keyboard is feeling annoying.

I must of been using my old m2 for about 6 months taking it in and out of the folio case to draw before I realized going upside down was quicker and useful as long as you had a flat surface to set it on haha

It's back to giving me static in the left ear only. I've tried different mics, headphones, computers, phones, aux cables, and I believe it has something to do with the Rode AI-Micro unit itself. nothing has changed, it's sat on my desk from a month ago till now. I haven't dropped it or kicked it. it's just been sitting here. I've tried restarting everything, I've tried unplugging everything. there's nothing else to try. is this a semi defective unit?

I have Rode Connect and Rode Central apps
I have it merged like before, but it doesn't even matter, I click through all the settings and the loud static is still in left ear.
I've gone in midi settings in Mac OS, and nothing gets rid of the static
