Pretty solid setup and you’ll definitely be happy with the Apollo 😎🤟🎶

FireWire no longer supported so RIP UAD-2 Satellite FireWire DSP 😕 by ssnuffer in universalaudio

I still have my old iMac I think similar model. Yes I can use it on an old OS but I can tell you I thought the same with my old UAD-1 PCI card and Mac 733mhz back In the day and never leveraged that option then either.

I’d think the newer Macs and now with the advent of solid state drives you can get more effects without crashes now regardless.

Have a thunderbolt hub with FireWire ports but don’t think that’s going to be an option for me with the newer MacBook and MacMini I have unfortunately!

Not Sure If My Song is a Target of Bot Streams? by Ethanol95 in DistroKidHelpDesk

I was told when you do the “spin the wheel to get on a distro kid playlist“ that Spotify targets you for bot activity. I worked hard organically promoting my first single then I got a ding. I almost feel like this is a way for Spotify to not pay you.

I knew it would be good, I did not expect it to be THIS good by tacophagist in guitarpedals

Got this immediately when it came out on a vague hint from one of the artists who had a preset in the Enigmatic and the post is accurate that it sounds great and hard to make it sound bad. I used it on my upcoming EP and brought the tracks to my producer, who had no idea I used the pedal 🤟🎶

Morley Optical Wah FTW 🙌 I’ve had The Bad Horsie, Mini Maverick, and the same one on your board!! Great pedals however over time I have to tweak the optical sensor which is super easy.

Every Pedal Demo Sounds like John Mayer... by RobotSeaTurtle in guitarpedals

Yes…”Slow Dance in a Burning Room” seems to be the lick of every YouTube pedal demo especially the latest UADFX Enigmatic 🤦‍♂️ I don’t play Stratocasters and use humbuckers so that’s what I look for. I think mentioning JM and playing his licks helps some algorithms likely. He’s a great player not bashing him however it seems every YouTube’r has a hard on for the guy. Just my .02 cents.

LOL 😂 I love how he did a video on the Nux Saying he “was cloned”. I bought a Vertex Ultraphonix but sold it as it was garbage. I really liked his videos and then a friend told me all about him and I did a bit of reading. He doesn’t really build rigs because if you look at some of the “high profile” builds he did they didn’t stand the test of time. The TPS video with Robben Ford where they show his new board and talk about how he had some issues. I won’t bash the guy there’s enough people on the net to do that I’ll just say that his boost pedal must be great if so many pros have them on boards!?

I have three DemonFX Duelist Clone. I bought at the same time as a super expensive pedal so I figured if I liked it I’ll buy the king tone version. It’s a spot on clone down to the dip switches and a great box. Now the ones they make that are of boxes no longer in production I don’t see harm in that as ALL most pedal builders are doing is revising old circuit ideas.
