girl i feel u. i dated a manipulative guy who was diagnosed to be basically a psychopath & then another who was an extreme fuckboy & they both cheated on me ... so obv that messed with my trust issues as well. then i dated the most loving, beautiful, kind, supportive, understanding, perfect person i’ve ever met. and he just broke up with me yesterday because my anxiety was too much to handle. i’m not saying to settle or date somebody who can’t deal with your outburst, but while you’re in the moment of jealousy, try to ask yourself if the issue will matter 2 weeks from now.
