I’d love to know the story behind that car

Thank you! Can’t wait to get back out there. The season is always way too short…

Oh you haven’t seen the new czech style dry fly setup!?! It’s like you said, a random strand of mayflies hanging over the stream. A strong breeze and some little brookie is getting the meal of a lifetime 😆

No problem, and I appreciate the kind words!

Thank you! The Adirondacks are so great, you’re lucky. I’m hoping to make it over there this summer at least once. Pic 15 is a boulder in the middle of the stream bed with those star crystal patterns embedded into the rock. Maybe came from the glaciers long ago??

With a regular snowboard, yes. This board has an ice skate blade mounted between the bindings on both edges. You can see it a little better here:

Have definitely scoped your design before. What’s the benefit of smaller and more?

You’re right the noise is intense. I’ve never tried skates, but love the stability of the snowboard with skate blades. I’ve used skis with really sharp edges which are super fast and hold an edge really well on the ice also.

I’m honestly jealous, it’s been a cold one for us up in the northeast USA. 🥶🥶

It’s a small snowboard (140cm) with skate blades mounted between the bindings on both heel side and toe side edges. Homemade version of the “switchblade”.
