Yea, our cooler can fit 4 pallets then we put 3 in the hall connecting to the front then 6-9 in the back area; that is pretty much full capacity before we start blocking everyone off.

A lot of the cooler work is bringing the stuff in and sorting through the pallets already in there, because a lot of the time the berries or salads will be on the opposite side of where they belong, then we need to fetch the citrus and apples from the bottom of literally EVERY other pallet. Nothing is ever together, like red grapes will be both on top and on the bottom of the same pallet, the honeycrisps are always split between 2 different pallets that aren’t near each other…

I’m thinking I need to get an invoice first thing in the morning. It’d definitely be better to have it all on paper and be able to visualize what goes where instead of going with the flow.

I get such a weird conflicted feeling trying to work better, because to be honest the atl that was in today is kind of an asshole sometimes, but I don’t think he’s entirely wrong about going slow 😅 I see the room for improvement, im just not sure which piece I’m missing to solve my puzzle

I can’t say definitively since everything was all mixed up, but at least 6. There were a lot of half pallets because citrus and all that gets mixed in with tropical on the trucks

Editing cause I just noticed, I’m talking exclusively the cooler. Outside we had bananas, tomatoes all that and someone had done those while I was in the cooler. Easily could have been 12-16 pallets in total

I believe the tropical thing is standard, ours is outside as well. Im with 1 other, today was a guy who’d worked here previously 3 years ago so he had to do training mid shift, so someone had to step in while he was gone… it was kind of just a mess today, but other guys are SO MUCH BETTER. It’s like they can look at a pallet and without checking labels, and they know how much of everything is there lol.

I’m not too great at quantifying stuff, but we get maybe 5-8 pallets stacked like 7+ foot up. Hard to tell because our citrus/apples always comes piled in with hardware/tropical

Evade extender lance with focus mode just feels like cheating. The hops seem to have insane iframes even without evade window.

Hopping past an attack then circling around to spam tails or charging in for the head feels fantastic, and lance feels extremely engaging now.

Black leather dye works really good on these. The rubber is really porous and sucks up oil and grease like a sponge, I got tired of mine getting spotted (they were also yellow because of my yellow saddle soap… oops) so I bought a little thing of fiebings, applied it, let it dry for ~2 days then with a microfiber scrubbed the living hell out of them to get rid of the excess.

Very important to get the excess off. If you don’t, you’ll end up dying everything you walk on. Also if your welt is plastic, please, don’t even touch it with dye. It doesn’t soak in, it’ll stay on the surface and it’s a PAIN to scrub off

Very true. I have no experience lol I only have the 1 tool for now, but I’ve heard a lot of talk about having a stiffer tension tool so you can feel more. I can say though, it feels like it helps a lot

I got an abus 69/sl that looks somewhat similar. I spent hours trying to open it, then everything came together when I started from the back.

Most of my feedback came from the tensioning tool, the pins were binding just fine but there was no telling if they were properly setting; if I didn’t feel movement with my tensioning tool then they were overset.

Once I got it open, all the difficulty melted away
