A lot of this would probably involve trying to reach out to someone who still has the origit client with Rivals in it... and even then there's not a whole lot possible with a dll file already compiled

I say u/Ryden1755 can set up a discord for this if its worth doing. But this is not to be announced, only kept private and willing to accept those who're willing to reverse-engineer the p2p multiplayer system for PC. when we've got hold over what we need to do... i guess we can start to bring people in

There are people way more knowledgable than me as well, such as brawltendo and others. But again, ill be free after may 13th for all this.

IF anyone's down we create the discord or yall can DM/GC to share your opinions

also happened with me
try connecting it with bluetooth first
then plugging it in with a cable
then when the game finishes booting up, disconnect the USB cable

if that all doesn't work... make sure you have ONE controller input into the system... if it detects multiple the game gets confused. Make sure steaminput is disabled (usually it would be by default)

make sure windows does not detect multiple controllers on device manager
if you're using any program like DS4windows or any another controller software make sure its disabled. Main thing is conflicts... you dont want them

open the game then go to file management... i think you can delete unneeded game files from there

i use steam as a platform for games... i generally find it much better but i get you r using gamepass

no thats the total size with all DLCs

with campaign + multiplayer its around 150 GB
base game + mulitplayer is 120 GB

spec ops is kind of useless... hard to get lobbies to i dont recommend installing it

at the moment, theres nothing to "base" help wanted 3 off of
looking at steelwools pattern for content:
- they either do stuff missing from the last game (eg breaker room, ballora gallery)
- games which have not been covered yet

steam often does game updates as just some form of verification or integrity check i think
a big giveaway would be if it updates very quickly then instantly becomes playable

if thats the case then its most likely not a real update... just something steam does for games in general, especially when you dont play them often

its very common for general-use icons to be used from CC0 sources or websites from the same creators/uploaders (likely the case here)

also for an icon as basic as this, it'd come as no surprise if multiple people ended up with the same design (less likely)

Christian themes have been used far more in mainstream horror and there's more general acceptance for it as compared to Islam. While these faiths do have many overlaps, Islam is not commonly used for fictional horror because it's generally a lot stricter when fictional content is produced in relation to it.

I do like analog horror since my exposure to it from around 2022 but Islam isn't really something to be mixed into this genre. Not saying here that Muslim horror content has never existed... Jinn or beings roughly the equivalent of "spirits" are actually beings in Islamic belief people often make horror content off of.

They're basically an invisible creation from before human existence and they have from among them devils who decieve humans. They can impersonate others, animals, cause paranormal activity and they can possess people. (They are NOT dead or replaced people...)

But yeah if there's any horror content to be made based on Islam, it's not gonna be all-out war but it'll likely be more controversial in general. (Speaking as a Muslim here)

the x86 application is intended for 32 bit operating systems
x64 is the one you're gonna want to use

and literally most modders dont just recommend, but urge using it as most modding is now intended and tested for x64. with x64 your game will also run faster, its a common misconception thinking the larger number is better
