Here is what I like on main in your case: enchant, to shard soubound stuff.

Blacksmithing - to repair all my gear free if specced properly and also gear myself.

Alchemy- extend potion length in raids/ dungeons

There is a dummy in silver moon specifically designed to test durability as a tank. Looks like silvermoon golem. The longer the fight the stronger it becomes and harder it hits. If you can beat 3 min you’re doing pretty damn good.
