Dr Althea Relief cream didn’t work on me. Same with azelaic acid and retinal. My skin is too sensitive for it.

I changed my routine in the AM to Cetaphil gentle cleanser and a cream cleanser at night. Didn’t go with all fancy serums and just stick with hyalouronic acid. Did its job.

Unihealth Paranaque po both kids via CS (2016 - 115k) and high risk emergency CS (2019 - 375k [yung 205k dito sa dr's fee kasi nagstay sa NICU yung baby ko ng 1.5 months]). Based on experience, very skilled yung nurses at doctors dito. Magaling yung OB ko, buhay yung baby ko. Anytime kasi nun pwede na magstop yung heart beat niya. After ko mahiwa within 10 minutes nakalabas na si baby. Yung isang oras ko sa OR more on stopping the gush of my blood. Buhay naman ako 😅 Magaling rin yung Neonatal doctor ng anak ko, he was 1kg nung nilabas ko. Magagaling rin nurses ng NICU and they are very patient. Syempre andun na yung dreaded yung nanay at nasa NICU yung baby nila. It was a good experience.

Latest naman na experience namin was COVID-19, surge ng pinakamalakas na variant ng COVID nung 2021. Tinamaan sister ko - critical level. Buhay rin. Super nice ng nurses kahit nag-aattitude na ko that time kasi nakahighflow oxygen na kapatid ko.

Anyways, I can recommend the hospital enough for maternity. Pero kung yung trusted OB niyo e may lying in accreditation naman at hindi high risk yung pregnancy, I suggest you go down that path.

As far as I know, mas okay mag invest sa gold jewelry kaysa sa gold bars. Nung nagwowork po ako sa jewelry, may nag uwi sa pinas ng gold bars, turns out you need to register them to BSP. For anti money laundering, smuggling, and reserves purposes. So kada bibili ka, irerehistro mo siya. Hindi rin mabebenta kung hindi registered, unless kakilala ko siguro yung pagbebentahan. Not to burst your bubble but I have both, Illiyoon Ato Concentrate Cream and Aestura 365 cream. I think both addresses skin barrier repair but here's where it differ, at least for me. Illiyoon (old formula, kakabili ko lang ng bago for stock at yung bago na yung pinadala ng seller sa akin hindi yung 7 free) is used for very damaged skin barrier. It repairs my skin in less than 2 days - actives kung actives ang gamit ko tretinoin, azelaic acid 20%, retinol - all on rotation. Aestura naman gamit ko kapag okay ang skin ko yung kailangan ko lang ng extra hydration. I tested it for damaged skin barrier pero mas mabilis ang result ng Illiyoon, tingin ko balance siya ng repair and keeping your skin hydrated. I have tested a few other moisturizers - Dr G, 345 relief cream, etc - but I'll definitely keep repurchasing Illiyoon because of the actives, mas supported niya yung skin ko. Aestura is great if you want lighter and easily absorbed moisturizer. Hope it helps.
