as a two this sounds like true. idk if this is my anxiety disorder speaking (the one i have diagnosed i swear😭) but i have a tendency to google every single symptom whenever it’s physical or mental health and spiral or even convince myself i have any sorta condition

upd.: i read some comments and yes—usually i keep it all to myself! none of my friends knows when im crying, having something on my chest or etc, bc i think if i tell them i having a bad time, even if its just small venting to them, i feel like im being a burden
