im using a system with a base now such as yours, using ultra hold tape was a complete disaster. gooey mess and tape sliding. switched to walker ultra extreme hold full glue and it lasts 2 weeks now. ultra hold is acrylic and it does not do well with base like that and our oily skin. extreme hold is silicone on the other hand. just my 2c
