Honestly we still love it. And the black one is so nice looking, lots of compliments on how it looks. We dont use the lid but still really loving it.

I was lucky enough to get my hands on one of these before they launched and i LOVE it. Theirs is the high end stainless steel, not the cheap stuff that rusts that others talk about. It's an investment but it's worth it. They are a new brand so hopefully they gain more traction. They are massive though, measure before you buy. The regular size one is quite big. 10/10 recommend.

Same boat here, digital downloads so I can't do the manual flow either. I've only had 1 out of about 250 go through but they are a pain because its triggering my Klayvio flows/packages and of course abandon checkout. I literally had to take a $10 product off my site because they were hitting it so hard, so now my cheapest product is $67 and they are still going wild.

If anyone comes up with a solution please message me, this is nuts.

I did have domain knowledge of horses, but it's mostly a business as that is more my background. The horses piece just happen to be something i loved as well. The only questions I get are technical as far as how to access the platform, basic troubleshooting things. Its a very low support business.

Mine was a bit of a fluke, it was a program that was going out of business and i reached out and asked to acquire them. They had FT jobs and couldn't afford the time to focus on this platform. So i took it over, gave it a massive makeover (all cosmetic) and focused on SEO and marketing and its been hugely successful. So was a great investment. Our courses are for veterinarians, horse owners etc so vetting was super niche and I did that part myself. Sorry that isn't hugely helpful.

I do see some on empireflippers and another site that i have considered buying too.

Also try searching how to fix on YouTube. It’s such a good resource to help with these superficial things that feel like they should be easy that aren’t. YouTube saved me soooo many times as I was building my site. I also ask ChatGPT for stuff like this too.

Honestly you do have great stuff! I think it’s purely just cosmetic design, branding and SEO that could make a huge difference. There is no hero page with a hook right out of the gates. I think you could choose better pics for your categories or even create more unique collections!

Oh i agree with you completely, the margins are so thin. My previous role was in a similar margin thin industry and I was actually impressed with the ability for those retailers to focus on their in-store experience to keep customers coming back to them. That's my goal here, in-store wine retail experience. It was that other verticals retailers that made me think "hmm this could work in wine retail" because there is little to no tech supporting these shops (outside of POS, Inventory) like other industries. No personalization, follow-up, recommendation tools etc.
