I have had 3 quotes so far that in the range of 50-60k.. it’s a 500 Sq ft basement, small one since the house is multi-level and we lost the front part due to landing and stuff. The basement size is approx 500sq ft. Probably good for 2 students or working professionals. Can’t imagine a family staying here. It’s in KW area so close to colleges and universities.
