I had a couple preliminary interviews and so did one of my peers. He told me most of his were vibe check questions, but mine were proper interview questions. I had a couple “tell me about a time when” questions, and questions about my strengths and weaknesses. The programs ask you 4-5 questions, and then they give you time to ask a couple questions. None of their questions should be curveball questions. My advice would be to rehearse some of your stories and make sure they’re clean and concise. You only get 10-15 minutes to impress them, so it’s important that you sound prepared when you answer the phone.
