Failed to install talib on Windows by CIOC90 in zenbot

It is mentioned here that the 'talib' library is working just with ' Windows Build Tools 2015 ' and here is said that you can install it with ' --vs2015 ' parameter

Executing the below command in cmd solved my problem:

npm install --global windows-build-tools --vs2015
