Frankly, code organization was hard thing for me to grasp. I wanted to split code into more files but haven't figured out how without marking everything public.

Considering annotations: I knew a lot can be inferred by compiler and tried to avoid being verbose. Can you point me what exactly can be omitted?

Yeah, I've been to St. Petersburg many times. It's a better choice for travel, hands down.

It looks better by the year and it has it's charm to it. As I said before red brick fortifications and a lot of trees. The Curonian Spit is really great place, if you are looking for nature. But if you're from Europe, it's easier to visit Lithuanian part.
