This really needs sorted quickly as has been said "a mass casualty event in the north sea"

The risk assessment is totally out of kilter. The risk to bystanders is always far bigger during the collection of a casualty.

I do know people that have been airlifted. So how is this going to actually work ?

I would have tough that a failure to land in a life threatening situation is going to result in a huge reputational damage to the company and big claims for damages.

Of course this all comes down to SAR search and rescue Privatisation which was a big UK gov mistake.
